May 3—Two projectiles hurtled through the air toward the Kremlin early this morning. The Kremlin states that security personnel onsite immediately moved to intercept and neutralize the threat, using electronic warfare equipment. One was apparently hit and did explode over the Senate Palace, holding a working residence of President Putin. The other ended up on the Kremlin’s grounds, close to Putin’s other working residence, the Great Kremlin Palace. Debris was scattered. The Kremlin stated that Russia reserves the right to retaliate in a manner, place and time of its choosing. |

Chris Sare, president of the LaRouche Organization, interviews nuclear war expert Steven Starr |
Dec. 21—Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Washington, D.C. this Wednesday, in a highly choreographed visit to beat the drums for expanding NATO’s surrogate war against Russia, up to and including the point of a direct nuclear confrontation. As with everything Zelensky has done for the last year at least, the entire show was run from London, anxious to beat back any opposition within the U.S. to all-out war, whether from the American people, members of Congress, or even President Biden himself—who publicly fretted at a press conference with Zelenskyy that if the U.S. were to give Ukraine all the weapons it was asking for, that “would have a prospect of breaking up NATO and the European Union and the rest of the world.” |

NATO Puppet Zelensky's clamoring for World War III, will not stop, underlining the need for a new security architecture. |
Nov. 8—Those in the United States that today will have the privilege and opportunity to vote for Independent candidates Diane Sare (United States Senate in New York) and Joel De Jean (U.S. Congress 38th CD,Texas), or for those that have worked with them despite policy differences, such as Geoff Young (6th CD,Kentucky), are reviving what many Americans do not even realize has been stolen—not “American elections,” but the American electoral process itself. Today’s electoral process is only significant as it is subsumed in the global battle to walk the world back from the brink of thermonuclear war, and to a durable new strategic and economic architecture based on a return to the recently-abandoned ideal and practice of the 1648 Treaty of Westphalia. |
Nov. 5—An extraordinary press availability organized by EIR this Saturday, Nov. 5, brought together military, security and diplomatic experts from both sides of the Atlantic with “gray-haired” and “gutsy young” citizen activists, Schiller Institute founder Helga Zepp-LaRouche and the independent U.S. Senate candidate in New York Diane Sare to strategize together on how to catalyze the biggest worldwide non-violent movement in history to save humanity from a nuclear catastrophe. |
Nov. 2—The Russian government today issued a formal statement through its Foreign Ministry, urging the “nuclear five” nations—the U.S., U.K., France, China and Russia—to each restate their commitment to the bottom-line policy that “We affirm that a nuclear war cannot be won and must never be fought.” Russia did this in a policy statement, which we reprint in full below, urging that “the most immediate task is to avoid any military clash of nuclear powers,” which could have “catastrophic consequences” for all of humanity. They insisted that de-escalation of the current crisis is the “top-priority task” for everyone. |
As loose talk of a possible nuclear war is heard daily, especially from NATO officials and their media mouthpieces who endlessly repeat the false charge that Russia’s President Vladimir Putin threatened to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine, Ambassador Antonov warned that “the infrastructure of our communication with America has been demolished.” |
Oct. 25—The specter of nuclear war confronts the conscience of the world’s informed, non-delusional leaders and people; the challenge of preventing that outcome, and of bringing about a new paradigm of economics and international relations to address the root cause driving that potential conflict, lies in your hands. |
An important dose of sanity from the Congress |
Oct. 19—Today, the full Russian National Security Council met for the first time since May. Almost no details of their discussion have been made public at this time. |

On Tuesday, September 27, two significant events—one in Kiev and the other to Ukraine’s east—will serve as inflection points in the fight for democracy and the danger of the Ukraine crisis. |
We are at the final decision point |
Sept. 23—“There is one thing, and one thing only, which could save the world, and that is that America should make war on Russia during the next two years, and establish a world empire, by means of the atomic bomb.” —Bertrand Russell, September 1945. |
Sept. 21—Today Russian President Vladimir Putin gave an address to his nation, giving a situation report on Ukraine, and why he has taken the step to order a new, “partial” mobilization of forces, involving a call-up of 300,000 more personnel, and related, grave measures. His comprehensive statement is posted on the Kremlin website for world attention. |
Sept. 19—If you are a regular reader of this report, you were probably shocked to learn last Thursday, Sept. 15 that the commander in chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Gen. Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, had co-authored an article published on the Ukrainian news site Ukrinform on Sept. 7 which claimed that there were indications that Russia was preparing a nuclear strike in Ukraine, and that it is therefore “extremely necessary … [that] any Russian attempts at practical steps in the use of tactical nuclear weapons must be preempted by employing the entire arsenal of means at the disposal of world powers.” We warned you at the time that “such an outrageously dangerous and provocative article could never have been written, let alone published, without the prior approval of the U.S., U.K. and NATO forces running the war.” |
Sept. 14—Over the last week, global NATO has shifted into operational high gear in their plan for war and world dictatorship, in an effort to stop those countries and political forces internationally that are organizing to replace the bankrupt trans-Atlantic financial system with a just, new world economic order—and whose alternative is also now quickly becoming operational. |
Liz Truss on pushing the nuclear button: “I think it’s an important duty of the Prime Minister and I’m ready to do that. I’m ready to do that.” |
