Monday night, first Nord Stream 2, and then Nord Stream were destroyed by explosions. A reported asked: "How will you do that exactly, since the project is under Germany's control?" Biden responded, "I promise you, we'll be able to do it," followed by a smug grin.
Sikorski is the husband of American neocon Anne Applebaum, who is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a board member of the National Endowment for Democracy.

"Experimentation was conducted off the coast of Bornholm, Denmark," the magazine reports, "with participants from Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport, and Mine Warfare Readiness and Effectiveness Measuring."
