Nov. 3—Today the British Ambassador to Russia, Deborah Bronnert, was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, over the British role in the October 29 drone and missile attack on Russia’s Black Sea fleet in Sevastopol. Afterward, the Ministry released a statement identifying the place, date, time, and military units involved in British training and collaboration with Ukraine’s marine special forces, recently, and since 2020.

Oct. 30—A new documentary on the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis (“A World on the Verge: Lessons of the Cuban Missile Crisis”) was broadcast on Russia’s Channel One today, in which Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that the current generation of Western politicians are trying to “toy” with nuclear weapons irresponsibly. At the time of the 1962 crisis, he said, “Khrushchev and Kennedy found the strength to show responsibility and wisdom, and now we don’t see such willingness on the part of Washington and its satellites.”

Oct. 28—Four outstanding international events this past week provide platforms for ongoing momentum for development and peace, but the danger of the nuclear war threat remains severe.

Oct. 15—Based out of New York City, a day-long international policy conference sponsored by the Schiller Institute was held today online, and in-person in Manhattan, titled, “Build the New Paradigm, Defeat Green Fascism.” The powerful event was designed and conducted by “next generation” leaders, and involved 26 speakers (some live, some online, and some by pre-recorded video) of all ages from seven nations (U.S., Haiti, South Africa, France, Germany, Yemen and China). The two panels of speakers featured lively discussion sessions, with questions from the room, and around the world, including Peru and Uganda.

Oct. 7—EIR News Service and the Schiller Institute hosted a powerful media availability yesterday, titled, “We Will Not Be Silenced! Speaking Truth in Times of War,” circulating on many platforms, where individuals on the Ukraine hit list, and others, spoke out against the Global NATO networks behind it. At one point, Col. Richard Black (ret.) stated, “The one thing that all of humanity has in common is the need to have a voice.”

Oct. 2—Today, President Vladimir Putin continued the protocol for the accession to Russia of the four areas—Lugansk, Donets, Zaporozhye and Kherson, which voted in favor of accession last week. Putin provided to the Duma their requests, which he signed Sept. 30. The Duma is expected to review the documents Oct. 3; the Federation Council will review them Oct. 4. The Russian Constitutional Court approved the accession documents earlier today. Putin has appointed as his Presidential representatives for the process of accession, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Deputy Foreign Minister Yevgeny Ivanov.

Sept. 28—There are outstanding features of the Sept. 26 multiple detonations of the Nord Stream 1 and and Nord Stream 2 pipelines, from the point of view of, who had the opportunity, motive and insanity to conduct such sabotage. Many informed sources have come out with to-the-point commentary on this, summarized below, which points the finger at the NATO bloc.

Sept. 21—Today Russian President Vladimir Putin gave an address to his nation, giving a situation report on Ukraine, and why he has taken the step to order a new, “partial” mobilization of forces, involving a call-up of 300,000 more personnel, and related, grave measures. His comprehensive statement is posted on the Kremlin website for world attention.

Sept. 8—Today was the 100th birthday of Lyndon H. LaRouche, Jr.. the economist-scientist-statesman ranking among history’s greatest philosopher leaders of all time. His birthday was observed throughout the world with rallies (Berlin, Paris, Houston, Washington DC, Boston, and more), statements and an all-day video-marathon featuring notable speeches by LaRouche, and messages of tribute and appreciation from all ages and nations. The first edition of a Festschrift honoring LaRouche for his centenary, was released today by the Schiller Institute. The 300-page document is available here.

Aug. 28—Global NATO’s operations in recent years, especially since the 1991 break-up of the Soviet Union, have been more and more blatant and lethal, towards attempting to establish world domination. In the arc of its tyranny, one marker date is December 2017, when the U.S. President issued to Congress (mandated by a 1986 law) a new National Security Strategy document which explicitly declared Russia and China to be the enemy. That became the new, compulsory “narrative.”
