While Israel continues to kill and destroy in Gaza, with support from the Biden administration, the rest of the world is demanding a ceasefire.

The ruling last week by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on allegations of genocide by Israel offers a path to a new security and development architecture.

The UN Security Council will meet to hear a motion to make the International Court of Justice provisional measures to stop genocide in Gaza "binding."

Stopping short of demanding a ceasefire, the ICJ ruled that South Africa's claims are justified and Israel must stop "further genocidal acts."
