In addition to more than 100 German cities, tractorcades are now rolling through Vienna and Rome, and farmers are blocking roads in France and Spain. They are protesting European Union Malthusian Green policies which are bankrupting farmers and will lead to food shortages and higher prices, benefitting the corporate cartels which run the EU. Their latest gambit was to organize marches last weekend by warning citizens that there is a danger from "fascist" right-wingers lurking behind the protests against unpopular government policies.
