Since last Thursday, The LaRouche Organization has lead an “Emergency Alert” international intelligence initiative to expose the insane probe -by-bombing of Russia’s radar early-warning systems for nuclear war-fighting. Of these attacks, Russian President Putin has just said that they involve British and American technical experts, and constitute a threat to Russia of the highest order.
