On Thursday, September 21, the Schiller Institute re-introduced an ancient principle of cultural warfare, familiar to all great civilizations that have sought to move humanity forward beyond its periodic “dark ages,” into New York City’s decaying streets around the United Nations. |

Sept. 21, 2023—Three African leaders, who together had recently attended the recent Russia-Africa Summit in St. Petersburg, addressed the United Nations General Assembly today. Certainly they found colonialism to be oppressive and destructive, but all three were not ‘punching from below.’ |
As more nations are moving out from under the control of the TransAtlantic Empire, the controllers of that empire are showing increasing desperation. |
Sept. 20—The following open letter was drafted by Helga Zepp-LaRouche for immediate circulation in New York City at the United Nations, and to the rest of the world. It will be circulated as a leaflet by the Schiller Institute, with Zepp-LaRouche’s “Ten Principles” on the back of the letter. |
The time has come for the people in the Global North to choose: Will you submit to the injustices of the decaying system, or join us to create a just system? |
On the discussion tonight we will have on the ground reports from the musical intervention at the UN! |
Sept. 19—Today began the General Debate at the United Nations General Assembly, in which each country has an opportunity to express its views on all topics. The discussion, although tinged throughout with anti-growth “green” policies, is notable for the differences between the outlooks of countries looking for a new direction, such as BRICS members Brazil and South Africa, contrasted to the perpetual war proponents Biden and Zelenskyy. |
While Biden and Zelensky defended the proxy war against Russia, leaders from the Global South spoke of cooperation for peaceful development. |
Sept. 18—Today the UN General Assembly Debate begins, and will likely be one of the most tumultuous such assemblies in the organization’s history. The world is polarized on a historic scale, and not because of a so-called divisions between “democracies” and “autocracies,” as bobble-heads like Tony Blinken would have us believe. |
As the U.N. General Assembly convenes today in New York, the global strategic situation has changed dramatically. Has anyone told President Biden??? |

Sept. 17—Sept. 18 marks what would have been the 95th birthday of that statesman of great genius of mind, Frederick R. “Fred” Wills, who was Foreign Minister of Guyana from 1975-78; who gave a momentous speech on a new world economic order on Sept. 27, 1976—a month after the Non-Aligned Nations conference which embraced Lyndon LaRouche’s International Development Bank proposal—to the UN General Assembly which opens its 2023 debate tomorrow, Sept. 19; and who remained a constant collaborator of LaRouche in many efforts until Fred Wills’ death in 1992. |
NATO is a mess — a failing counter-offensive in Ukraine, a growing gap in weapons development with Russia and China, and collapsing economies. |
Sept. 16, 2023—On Sept. 19 begins the annual week of the UN General Assembly’s “General Debate,” going through Sept. 26, during which time leaders from nearly all 180 member nations speak. Anything but routine can be expected this year. |
Sept. 15—Today was the first of the two-day Summit of the G77+China, meeting in Havana, chaired for 2023 by Cuba, whose Foreign Minister said in advance of the gathering that there will be “a call for a new economic world order.” Minister Bruno Rodriguez said on Sept. 15 to reporters that the Summit statement will underscore “the right to development in an increasingly exclusive, unfair, unjust and plundering international order.” |

Why has Russia's economy not been destroyed by NATO's proxy war? Is it possible Putin understands the dynamics of economic processes better than his detractors? |
Sept. 14—After addressing the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok on Sept. 12, and after fielding questions for almost three hours, Russian President Vladimir Putin was asked in conclusion, what was the future of Russia? Without blinking, he spoke straight from his mind and heart: “We are the makers of our future.” |
Sept. 13—Three weeks ago, in his remarks to the BRICS Business Forum during the Aug. 22-24 BRICS Summit in Johannesburg, South Africa, Russian President Vladimir Putin told the gathered leaders from dozens of nations: “I would like to invite representatives of your countries’ business circles to attend the Eastern Economic Forum in Russia that will take place on Sept. 10-13 in the city of Vladivostok, where, by tradition, the discussions will focus on issues that are also of interest to the business communities of the BRICS countries.” |
BBC reporters shed crocodile tears over 20,000 flood victims, but cover up for those responsible -- Obama, Cameron and Sarkozy, for 2011 regime change. |
While U.S. policy is to "de-couple" from Russia, Russia in turn is "recoupling" with the rest of humanity big-time, and the project which lay dormant and forgotten during the period in which the West virtually dominated Russia after the break-up of the Soviet Union, can now grow and thrive to the great benefit of the world's population. |
The Anglosphere is reeling, following the self-confidence shown at the BRICS' summit, and the rejection of the demands of the G7 at the G20 summit. |
Sept. 12—"You know what we’re going to do? We’re going to build nuplexes (a nuclear energy complex.) Lay it out to ‘em. How do you build a nuplex? Well, you go out and dig a big crater…. Build a crater the size of a city, a city of a half-million people, or 100,000 people, but build a crater for an industrial city of a new type, from six, seven or eight stories below the surface. |
