Being less than one week from the U.S. elections, a panoply of hysterical narratives are being shoved in the faces of people which bear no relevance to the truly consequential events that will shape the future of the world.
The so-called “Collective West” is continuing to bury its reputation with the rest of the world, as it doubles down on supporting a cusp of wars in Ukraine, Southwest Asia, and Taiwan, which will inevitable result in global war erupting, and the entire human species being extinguished with it. In Southwest Asia, the genocide in the Palestinian Territories continues with no opposition from the “Collective West” with Israel now completely prohibiting the operations of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNWRA), the largest humanitarian group providing what little assistance can be given to the dying Palestinian women and children.
In the EU, while calls are being made by overzealous fools to militarize the economy in preparation for a war with Russia, the automobile sector in Germany is on the brink of collapsing, with Volkswagen having a 64% drop in net profit for September alone. The physical economies of the NATO countries are being looted at the expense supporting the Military-Industrial-Financial complex.
A new process is emerging challenging the dying rules-based order of the Atlanticists in the West, a multilateral, collaborative process which actually is in the tradition of the United States’ anti-colonial roots, which is now present in the Global South. The BRICS+ nations have expanded their membership, and are presenting the world with a new alternative premised on economic development.
This promise of a new, security and development architecture, along with ending 500+ years of colonialism and endless war, is the real issue facing the American electorate right now. No mainstream narrative will tell you that.
You can get a dose of that reality by tuning into today’s Manhattan Town Hall meeting at 2pm EST, featuring Harley Schlanger and Mike Robinson.
