Why have you called the case brought to the International Court of Justice charging Israel with genocide, and farm protests in Germany, "game changers"?

Jan. 12—South Africa’s blistering presentation at the International Court of Justice through hours of presentations that documented, powerfully, the violations by the State of Israel of the Genocide Convention, demands a response both from that Court, and from the world. It represents an historic day, marking a change in world paradigm. A nation of the Global South has demanded the application of principles that the Anglo-American NATO bloc verbalizes, but does not adhere to.

The Anglo-American empire is reaching its "emperor has no clothes" moment, as the arrogant disregard for international law displayed by the Biden administration and its NATO allies is being called out by one of its leading defenders, the {Washington Post}.  A column on January 5 by foreign policy analyst Ishaan Tharoor -- who has often served as an apologist for the repeated violations of international law by a succession of U.S. administrations -- indicates that it is not just the growing number of anti-colonial leaders from the Global South who recognize the murderous hypocrisy of the "West."
