June 27—One after the other, the Presidents and Prime Ministers of 13 nations invited to participate in the June 24 “BRICS+” summit, spoke of their intention to join forces with the BRICS grouping of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, in order to bring about a new international order in which poverty can be eradicated, and the peoples of all nations flourish.
