We've Entered the Post-Biden Era

Presentations in Europe last week by Defense Secretary Hegseth and Vice President Vance left European officials "gobsmacked", according to Foreign Policy magazine.  Those speeches were preceded by a phone call between Trump and Putin, and followed by a call between Secretary of State Rubio and Sergei Lavrov.  Taken as a whole, they are evidence that we have entered a new era -- in which a return to diplomacy, which was rejected by Biden -- now makes peace possible.
