December 13, 2024--While serving time on trumped up charges in federal prison, Lyndon LaRouche wrote an essay entitled "In Defense of Common Sense" about the difference between momentary survival, as in a swimmer being saved from drowning, versus long term survival of a society as a whole, from one generation to the next.

We are currently closer to thermonuclear annihilation of our species than we have been at any time in history, and if we manage to survive the next few weeks, what ensures that we won't find ourselves in the same danger in the future?  We must change the way we think, so we stop repeating the same mistakes. Poetry can help!

Tune in Friday night at 8:00 pm as long-time LaRouche associate guest William Ferguson joins Diane for a discussion which will inspire your creativity.
