The rebellion against the Unipolar Order (UPO) is growing, as youth in the U.S. and Europe are rallying behind demands from the Global South to end the genocidal assault on the Palestinian people. The unified demand must be to replace the UPO with a new strategic and development architecture, and the path to achieve that is the road that has so far been rejected, through employing dialogue and diplomacy. Was Xi Jinping successful, for example, in convincing Macron that putting NATO boots-on-the-ground in Ukraine does not lead to peace?
