Will Congressional Repubs Fund Biden's Wars?

If Donald Trump is an opponent of the endless war policies of the Military-Industrial Complex, he has to move against those in his party -- such as Speaker Johnson -- who are demanding another $100 billion to fight unnecessary and futile foreign wars, while American taxpayers are watching their cities, infrastructure and physical economy degenerate at an accelerating rate.
