It is hard to imagine Tony Blinken discussing "humanitarian aid" for Palestinian civilians trapped by heavy fire from Israeli forces, while crouched in a bunker with Bibi Netanyahu, especially given his unconditional support for Bibi's war, and Blinken's history of backing murderous sanctions.
