Despite the drama show of US election politics, with all its horrors and jaw-dropping events, keep in mind that there is a much bigger process taking place in the world.
First of all, we're sitting on the verge of a nuclear conflict with Russia, a conflict which is escalating by the day, and voices for peace are sorely lacking.
But in addition to that, a centuries-spanning shift is taking place, as evidenced by the recent Russia-Africa Summit. When the US and France each invited African leaders to speak over the recent months, the Western leaders only received lectures and finger-pointing. In Russia, however, they received thanks for the respect they give to Africa.
Lyndon LaRouche had described Africa as the moral test for mankind, and said that any successful civilization must address this genuinely, if they are themselves to survive. Today, Russia, China, and others are doing exactly that. Will the West change its ways and follow suit?
