While Blinken and von der Leyen are lecturing leaders of countries which no longer wish to be treated as colonies, such as Brazil, South Africa and Saudi Arabia, there is a heavy schedule of bilateral and multilateral agreements being consolidated among nations of the Global South, which demonstrate their desire to create a new strategic and development architecture, outside the control of the TransAtlantic bullies.
