The US Department of Justice has issued an indictment against 4 American citizens, all current or former members of the African People’s Socialist Party. This indictment is not only a violation of the First Amendment rights guaranteed to these US citizens, but also sets a precedent that henceforth pronounces all dissenting opinions as “sowing discord,” a crime worthy of 10 years in prison.
