As Biden stumbled through Kiev, in a theatrical reaffirmation of the commitment to NATO's war against Russia, the {Financial Times}, a mouthpiece for the City of London, fretted over the refusal of nations of the Global South to support the war. Adding to their concern is a peace proposal to be announced by China, based on non-alignment, and recognition of the legitimate security concerns of all nations, including both Russia and Ukraine. This is an explicit rejection of the authoritarian reign of the imperial design enshrined in the "Unipolar Order."
