At a time when a peace offensive is necessary, the Biden administration has released a National Defense Strategy doctrine which announces its commitment to prepare for "endless war", which might be interrupted only by nuclear war. Why? To defend the dollar as the world's reserve currency? To remain, in their own minds, the world's Sole Superpower? Do Americans wish to have its military launch nuclear strikes to preserve that status?
