Helga Zepp-LaRouche once pointed out that it would be very difficult to get a major policy initiative adopted while those in power could maintain their appearance of strength. That is no longer a problem. Boris Johnson and Mario Draghi are finished, and the European Union is about to run out of gas, literally. The question is, can we mobilize our neighbors to stop begging for crumbs and demand the total transformation that's required? That depends upon how well we understand it ourselves.
