As U.S. intelligence officials announce expectations that NATO's proxy war in Ukraine will be a long "war of attrition", the planning for nuclear war is underway, and think tankers such as the neocon Atlantic Council's "experts" say that it is "not inconceivable" that nuclear war will occur. The targeting of Russia aims at intimidating opponents of the Unipolar "Rules Based Order", but it is not working, as people in former colonial nations are rebelling against surrendering their sovereignty -- the latest example being the overwhelming election victory in the Philippines for the son of former President Marcos, who was ousted in a Feb. 1986 coup run by George Shultz.
