The LaRouche “Higher Peace” Movement: The Victorious Principle of Westphalia
The April 9 Schiller Institute international conference to "Convoke A New Security and Development Architecture", and the organizing process which precedes it, can be a punctum saliens for the world. Each individual citizen can play a far greater role at this time in bringing this change about, than ever before in history. The alternate security and development architecture required can be built, but only by replicating the international approach that economist Lyndon LaRouche took to changing a tragic policy direction, including within the institution of the Presidency of the United States, through policy creation from the outside, and from the top down. This can outflank and defeat the British oligarchy’s usual control over the thinking of leading governments, institutions and people. Today’s meeting will discuss how Lyndon LaRouche, through an idea, and his actions, caused President Ronald Reagan to propose a new security architecture on March 23, 1983, and how that same method can be successfully used to propose and establish a new security and development architecture today.
